Today, TouchNet experienced a performance issue with one of our web servers resulting in intermittent solution outages. We value transparency and acknowledge some of our recent service interruptions are related. Today, we deployed additional updates in an effort to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor and make additional changes as needed. Resolving this is our top priority.

No action is required by students or staff, TouchNet will continue to monitor and notify customers if there are any concerns.
